This was a great study. I have been interested in this subject way before I was saved in 1976 and am so thankful to know that I’m not losing my mind because there are others that see the ufo stories as demonic in nature.
Thank you Lord |

Enlightened by the parallel of Joshua entering the promised land at Jericho and encountering the man with the drawn sword (Christophany) and the comments regarding taking off your sandals as Moses was asked to do at the burning bush in the presence of the God. Joshua was on Holy ground as well and he humbled himself (right response) realizing that Christ was going to fight for the Israelites instead of accompanying them to help them! Beautiful picture of what we are to do today, by surrendering to the Lord and allowing him to do our life today.. Colossians 3:3. Thank you!
Reply from JPN: Thanks - great comment and pleased you can see it clearly. God has given us an important picture of Jesus with the man with the sword in his hand, who 'didn't come to take sides, but came to take over'!

Daniel and Revelation

Both studies were so thorough and revealing, helping to tie together the whole of the Bible into one consistent message of salvation through Christ Jesus. After attending two Bible colleges these have been, by far, the clearest and most joyful readings I have read on both books. Thank you very much for making each so understandable to all. I greatly appreciate all of the hard work done both researching and making the subjects personable. Praise GOD for your obedience and His gifting!
Reply from JPN: Ooooh... thank you! Very kind and I'm pleased that you appreciated them and found then clear. And you even found them "joyful"! Nice. You are correct that these books, especially Revelation, tie the whole Bible together from beginning to end! PS I will be redoing Daniel, starting in about two weeks, so I'll try not to remove the joy!

It's really getting difficult to understand prophetic books especially Isaiah or prophetic books which are not available on your site can u suggest a teacher on youtube who has playlist or series based on this prophetic books.
Reply from JPN: Hi, here are a couple of options though I haven't personally studied their material on the Prophets. For written studies you could have a look at Pastor David Guzik's commentaries online: https://enduringword.com/
For YouTube, I enjoy the messages of Pastor Gary Hamrick from Cornerstone Chapel: https://www.youtube.com/@cornerstonechpl/playlists Some other sites here: https://jesusplusnothing.com/recommended-websites |

So close best I’ve seen yet. The beginning and the end emphasized yes but to unveil Jesus Christ is the beginning the holy trinity just as the end in the beginning the father (god love) the son ( Jesus Christ the entire universe long before David) the Holy Spirit (flesh ) guided from within to complete its tasks and the perfect world no kings no currency humans never told just beautifuly guided by gods love and Jesus Christ the universe from within. There’s obviously more to the beautiful story but those happy parts are coming I guaranteee!!!!!!!!!!
Reply from JPN: Hi, not sure I understood all that but certainly we long for His coming, the redemption of creation and all the many 'happy parts' still to come! Blessings!

Yeah. Most people have been fooled into thinking we're some
sorta myth, the Rapture's some fantasy and, thus, they're 'laissez-faire' (French: 'I don't care'. Pray, pray, pray for them horizontalites. God bless you. Cya soon... Reply from JPN: Hi, yeah His coming will certainly catch many unawares, just as it was in the days of Noah!

How do we discern between Satan and the flesh
|
Thank you for your exposition on discerning between Satan and the flesh. A question pops up in my mind is what is the difference between a follower of Jesus as in Peter and Judas Iscariot and a new creation. Peter was not born again as of the time Satan spoke through Him likewise Judas Iscariot.
A new creation or a believer is someone who has believed that Jesus died and was raised up for their justification. A believer is someone who has received the Holy Spirit. The devil cannot possess and speak thru them Reply from JPN: Hi, 'born again' is spiritual rebirth and was a reality before the resurrection as Jesus said (John 3:3-8). Peter believed and was already spiritually reborn when he said both the 'good' (Matt 16:16-18) and the 'bad' (Matt 16:22-23). Here Peter said what he wanted, what he thought was 'good', yet Jesus immediately recognized that this was not from His Father but was from Satan's influence. (Believers can still be influenced by the enemy!) Judas was completely different however. Though chosen, Jesus made it clear he had always been a devil and was not a true believer (John 6:70-71). And ultimately the two are seen by their responses and actions. Peter is repentant, and rises to greater heights of faith, while Judas betrays Jesus and descends to his doom.

2 gospels
|
I believe the confusion is that 2 gospels are operating at the same time . Today we are operating in the gospel of grace, faith in Jesus suffering, death for the sins of jews, geniles, everyone, he was dead 3 days and he was resurrected. The disciples did not understand that because it was hidden from them and this grace gospel was the mystery revealed to Paul. From OT it's obvious that Jesus was the promised Messiah to set up the promised earthly kingdom. That is why there were miracles and signs,.Confusion comes when we try to blend Jesus earthly teachings with ascended Lord revelations.
Reply from JPN: Hi, we need to 'rightly divide the word of truth', taking note of the context/who is being spoken to etc, and I agree that this is especially important in the Gospels. But some also go too far with this, which is what I was responding to, and say that Peter had a different Gospel to Paul, or that what Jesus said in the Gospels doesn't apply to us. This is not correct - but again, we should note context, who is being spoken to, and rightly divide God's word.

I am in a women's Bible Study at my church. We are studying Nehemiah and one of the members shared your website with us. How very fortuitous! I found it well written and concise. I have added this site to my Bookmarks.
Reply from JPN: Thanks - Nehemiah was the first study I wrote though it has been updated since then. Like the word 'concise' - Think I am getting more long-winded in my old(er) age! Hope the your Bible study goes well!

Thank you all who are part of this amazing ministry. God and His word are what most Christians neglect the most, must unfortunately. We find ample time for t.v., social media, movies, games, sports, shopping, youtube, dating, etc., but can’t seem to find some for prayer nor the scripture. This ministry has orchestrated a pleasant platform for those who desire and long to draw ever closer to Him through His word. Jesus Christ still reigns, and His kingdom has no end. Maranatha!!!
Reply from JPN: Thanks and yeah, agree. Well said. Maranatha!

Agree on all points of your belief statement, so I will be back. Noticed that you have done some work on Revelation which interests me (presently doing a 30wk bible study and it could be so much better). Be Blessed
Reply from JPN: Thanks Tom - yeah check out the Revelation series. Obviously biased but it's not too bad!
