Thanks for the Q&A on the 10 virgins. I have puzzled over it previously and the answer helped clarify it for me.

I am blessed by the study Christ in You hope of Glory. Back to the root of Christianity and not the branches that some are celebrating her wand there.
Reply from JPN: Yeah amen. Major on the majors, minor on the minors! Keep Jesus central and don't wander off!

10 virgin & 5 w/o enough oil
|
I recently read where the oil is not about literal oil, it’s about the depth of their relationship with Jesus….. it’s about their intimacy w/Him.
Read: Christie Eisner’s books ‘Finding the Afikomen’ & ‘Watching & Waiting’ these are very insightful reads on the Jewish Culture & the Jewish Wedding Ceremony! Hence the 10 virgins as well. Reply from JPN: Hi, it isn't speaking of the depth of a person's relationship with Jesus as the unwise didn't have any oil right from the start (Matt 25:3) and Jesus said He didn't know them (vs 12). And He obviously knows His sheep (John 10:14). No oil is symbolic of not having the Spirit (unsaved), of which oil is often used as a type in scripture, and thus they are shut out of the Wedding at His return (vs 10).

Sir what do you think about number 84 in the Bible we can't know about rapture date ik, but
1. Aaron the priest is said to be 84 when they meet the first Passover, end of Israel slavery 2. Jacob married both his wives at age 84 3. Jehoshaphat which means Yahweh is the judge, has judged has occurred 84 times with 5 different people named the same name 84 the judgement and 5 the grace coming at the same time 4. Anna meet Christ at the temple when she was 84 1947 or 1948 Israelis + 84 = 2031 2032 But question is 7 year tribulations before or after so does my understanding align with Bible? Reply from JPN: Hi, I'll try respond on my site in a day or two - as there are some interesting types and parallels. Especially with Anna and Jacob.
Have now added some thoughts here: https://jesusplusnothing.com/series/post/number-84-jacob-anna-point-return-jesus |

Enjoyed Daniel chapter 7. Excellent for understanding and helpful for Adult Sunday School.
Reply from JPN: Thank you. The studies just about all originated as church or home group studies so pleasing to see them used elsewhere for that

Revelation timeline

Hi; All blessings to you. The timeline and explanations are great. Is there any way to tell what is going on in the first 3.5 years?
Reply from JPN: Hi, it is not stated specifically so I'm not dogmatic on it but I would only place the first three seals as indicated in the 2nd image on this Q&A (which may be what you have read). There are also brief comments on it at the bottom of the page as well: https://jesusplusnothing.com/series/post/chronology-of-revelation
The martyrs of the 5th seal will be in the second 3 1/2 years as the Antichrist only has power over the saints for this time (Dan 7:25, Rev 13:5,7). Likely that the massive death of 4th seal is also 2nd half. And the 6th/7th seals are at the 2nd coming of Jesus I believe. Blessings! |

This is the most extensive research I have seen on Jesus in the Feasts. Thank you for sharing your well thought out and amazing findings. Here is a link to a post that makes a strong case for Jericho tying in with the Feast of Trumpets and the Rapture.
https://67owls.com/2018/10/0 5/jericho/ Reply from JPN: Hi, glad you liked the series. Others have certainly done more exhaustive studies but I did really enjoy doing this series as God has placed a treasure trove of spiritual truth there. And we are probably missing lots of it! God bless.

The depth of truths and revelations expounded in this message is simply amazing. I have learned a lot would love to follow you to learn more wonderful truths for myself and the body of Christ.
Shalom! Reply from JPN: Hi, I'm pleased that it helped you. It is an interesting study and like all things Old Testament, God has placed more spiritual truth in these stories than we initially realize. Keep studying and reading His word with a prayerful heart asking God to teach you and He will. Eph 1:15-21.

Once again, thank you for sharing your excellent messages! It is so wonderful and exciting to learn of the beautiful pictures of our LORD Jesus, the Christian life, and even glimpses of Heaven our Father placed for us to find in the stories of the Old Testament - and this one is crammed full of them!!! Thank you so much for shining the light and pointing them out. I have learned so much from your website through the years and am forever grateful God bless you always!
Reply from JPN: Hey Leslie, nice to hear from you again and hope things are well. Pleased you enjoyed that recent study on Joseph. Great to see that you are still using the site after many years. Blessings!

Thank you for expounding on the depth of Isaiah 53:10. I was searching for a commentary and came across your site. It drew me in and loved your explanation of events and people. Jesus saw His offspring. He saw US because He pleased the Father by being the offering for sin and death.
Reply from JPN: Thanks and yeah it is an incredible chapter. And I have always like the 'if' in this verse - 'If He would render Himself as a guilt offering, He will see His offspring, He will prolong His days...' Thankfully, for our sake, Jesus was willing to do so!

I get excited about meeting my bridegroom!!!! I am 'almost' constantly corrected on my excitement, though. This reading encourages me. Why in the world would I not be excited? Thank you for the truth from His Word!!
Reply from JPN: Awesome! Yeah we can only begin, as though looking through a glass darkly, to see and contemplate how incredible it will be. Don't be put off by others from loving and looking for His return - there is a specific reward given to those who do so! 2 Tim 4:8
